All the paintings in my shop are painted by myself, I ensure all the images in my shop looks 100% the same as the real paintings.

Other products like prints/iPhone cases/tote bags are all designed by myself. I will check the quality very carefully before packing them up.

I'm responsible for the damage to the freight.

Shipping policies

The artwork(s) you bought will be shipped and packed professionally. In order to protect your painting(s)/print(s)/phone cases I will personally pack them with great care using high quality, shipping industry approved packing materials.
I ship out your artwork(s) within 2 business days after I receive your payment.
The package will be sent Fully Insured Express Mail Service, which you can expect delivery between 8-12 business days.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

I don't accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you are unhappy with your purchaser you can return it and receive a full refund to your credit card through PayPal.
Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving them. The item must be returned in the condition it was received.
The buyer is responsible for returned shipping cost.
Please make sure the item is packed up safely so it won't get damaged on the way back.
